Easy! Schedule online or call 1-877-539-7739 and one of our handpiece specialist will take care of everything for you.  We will email you a prepaid shipping label and organize the pickup.

Package them up in a box with some bubble wrap or anything else that you can wrap the handpieces to ensure they are protected during their transit. We will send them back in a reusable handpiece shipping kit for your convenience.

From pickup to drop off, including transit time your handpiece downtime will be 3 days.  All orders are shipped overnight and repaired and sent back out the same day! 

No Problem! Even though we offer same day repairs and express shipping on all repairs, please contact us ASAP so we can make sure that you will never be caught in a procedure without a properly functioning handpiece.
